The service

DineCore is licensed restaurant management software. Access to a restaurant workspace requires an approved account and an active license key that belongs to that restaurant.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details. Pending accounts cannot use the dashboard. Super Admin may approve, reject, suspend, disable, or revoke access. You may not use another business’s license key.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another restaurant’s data, bypass authentication, or abuse sign-in. Demo credentials on the sign-in page are for product preview only.

Plans and licenses

Plan limits (outlets, seats, modules) are defined in the published pricing and the license Super Admin generates. Expired, suspended, or revoked licenses deny access.

Data isolation

Each restaurant’s operational data is intended to remain private to that restaurant. Super Admin administers licenses and does not operate another restaurant’s floor as that restaurant.

Liability

The software is provided for restaurant operations as implemented. We do not warrant uninterrupted service. You remain responsible for tax filings, GST compliance, and staff conduct.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
